What is the difference between the three products?

The everyday option includes one custom figure, a simple photo frame, and basic packaging. The formal gift upgrade combines your real photo and one custom figure in a refined acrylic frame with gift-box packaging. The wedding set includes two newlywed figures, a wooden display frame, and a red gift box.

What kind of photo should I upload?

Use clear, well-lit photos where the face, hairstyle, and outfit are easy to see. Front-facing or three-quarter-view references work best. Additional photos help with clothing, pose, and accessories.

When will I receive the figure preview?

We provide the figure preview within 12 hours after receiving suitable photos and complete order details.

Does production start immediately?

No. Production begins only after you review and approve the figure preview.

Can I request changes?

Yes. You can request reasonable adjustments before approving the final preview.

How long does production take?

After preview approval, production takes 7–15 days before shipment. Courier delivery time begins after dispatch and varies by destination.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

Contact support@momentfig.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once the shipping damage is confirmed, we issue a full refund.

Are the figures exact replicas?

MomentFig creates stylized full-color figures based on your photos and notes. They are artistic keepsakes rather than 1:1 photographic replicas.
