Which personalized product should I choose?

For a desk or shelf keepsake of one person, choose the Custom Figure from Photo, which includes a simple photo frame and protective packaging. For an anniversary gift for him, the boyfriend gift set adds a photo frame, frame stand, dust cover and packaging box. The pet bag charm is a separate one-pet product with a clear hanging pouch; you can also remove the figure for display at home.

Other display formats remain available: the photo-and-figure frame combines a real photo and one figure in an acrylic frame with gift-box packaging; the wedding set includes two newlywed figures, a wooden display frame and a red gift box. Is the pet bag charm a flat photo keychain?

No. It contains a full-color 3D-printed miniature of one pet, made from your photo, inside a clear hanging pouch with a clip. The same figurine can be removed and displayed on a stable surface. It has one configuration with no size selection.

Are these figures toys or drop-proof accessories?

No. They are delicate resin display keepsakes. The pet pouch does not make the figure drop-proof. Avoid drops, crushing and rough handling, and keep small parts away from children and pets.

What kind of photo should I upload?

Use clear, well-lit photos where the face, hairstyle, and outfit are easy to see. Front-facing or three-quarter-view references work best. Additional photos help with clothing, pose, and accessories.

When will I receive the figure preview?

We provide the figure preview within 12 hours after receiving suitable photos and complete order details.

Does production start immediately?

No. Production begins only after you review and approve the figure preview.

Can I request changes?

Yes. You can request reasonable adjustments before approving the final preview.

How long does production take?

After preview approval, production takes 4–6 calendar days. Estimated U.S. shipping time is 7–9 calendar days after dispatch.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

Contact support@momentfig.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once the shipping damage is confirmed, we issue a full refund.

Are the figures exact replicas?

MomentFig creates stylized full-color figures based on your photos and notes. They are artistic keepsakes rather than 1:1 photographic replicas.
