Terms of Service

Welcome to MomentFig. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Custom product

MomentFig creates personalized 3D figurines based on customer-provided photos and order details. The final product is a stylized artistic interpretation, not an exact replica or medical, biometric, or photographic reproduction.

Customer-provided content

By submitting photos, names, dates, messages, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use and share those materials with us for the purpose of creating your order.

You grant MomentFig permission to use the submitted materials internally for order review, design preview, production, customer support, and quality control.

Design preview and approval

We will prepare a stylized design preview for approval, usually within 24 hours after receiving suitable reference materials. Production begins only after customer approval.

Once you approve the design preview, you accept the main styling, pose, outfit interpretation, and overall look of the custom figurine. Small handmade variations may occur during production.

Production and delivery time

After design approval, production usually takes 7-12 business days before shipment. Estimated delivery time after approval is generally 2-4 weeks, depending on destination, customs, courier handling, holidays, and other conditions outside our control.

Pricing, taxes, and duties

Prices are shown at checkout. Discounts, promotions, and shipping options may change over time. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Order changes

Please review all order details carefully before approval. After production begins, changes may not be possible or may require additional fees.

Intellectual property

All website content, product descriptions, brand materials, photos, layouts, and designs owned by MomentFig may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

Product use

Our figurines are decorative keepsakes. They are not toys and are not intended for children under 14 years old. Keep small parts away from children and pets.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MomentFig is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
