It includes one full-color custom figure of one person or one pet, a simple photo frame, and basic protective packaging. Two-person and wedding orders use separate products.

Which photos work best?

Use a clear, well-lit image. Show the full body when pose or clothing matters. For pets, show coat or feather markings and body shape. Avoid heavy filters, blur, or cropped-off details.

When does the 12-hour preview apply?

The preview target begins after we receive a suitable photo and complete customization details. If the photo is unclear or information is missing, we will request a replacement before the preview clock begins.

How long does production and shipping take?

After you approve the preview, production is completed and the order is shipped in 7–15 days. Courier delivery time starts after dispatch and varies by destination.

Can I request changes?

You can review the design preview before physical production. Custom-made items have specific change, cancellation, and refund boundaries; read the Refund & Customization Policy before ordering.
