Clear boundaries for a custom product
This is a personalized chibi keepsake, not a 1:1 realistic replica. The goal is to capture hairstyle, outfit, pose, and the feeling of the wedding moment.
What photos should I send?
Send 1-3 clear photos that show both people, the outfit, hairstyle, and any important pose or accessory details.
Can I revise the design?
Small adjustments can be requested during the preview stage. Once the design is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded for preference changes.
What happens if the package is damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and offer the appropriate support.
Is the gift box included?
Yes. The current wedding couple product includes the red keepsake gift box by default.
