Is this one figure or a couple?
This product includes one custom figure of one person, a simple photo frame and basic protective packaging. Choose a photo of your boyfriend; you do not need a couple photo.
Which photo should I choose?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo with his face, outfit and desired pose visible. A full-body photo is helpful for a full-body figure. Avoid heavy filters, deep shadows and hidden details. Add anything important in the optional design notes.
Do I see the design before it is made?
Yes. Your preview is prepared after checkout, once we have suitable photos and complete order details. Physical production starts only after you approve the design. If something needs attention, reply to the preview email before approving.
Will it look exactly like the photo?
It will be a stylized chibi interpretation, with an oversized head and simplified features. Hairstyle, clothing and pose help make it personal. Very small details may be simplified for printing. Gallery scenes have been AI-styled using a MomentFig example as reference.
Can it arrive by our anniversary?
Allow time for the design preview and your approval, then 7–15 days for production and dispatch, plus courier delivery. Please contact support@momentfig.com before ordering for a fixed date. A delivery date is not guaranteed by entering it in the design notes.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Contact support@momentfig.com with your order number and clear photos if the parcel arrives damaged. Please review our refund and customization policy for the applicable terms.
