How It Works
Preview Before Production
Every MomentFig order follows the same clear approval process. Production begins only after you confirm the figure preview.
- Choose your product: Select the everyday single-person figure, the gift-ready acrylic photo and figure frame, or the wedding couple gift set.
- Upload clear photos: Share well-lit references and add notes about clothing, hairstyle, pose, colors, or accessories.
- Preview within 12 hours: We provide your figure preview within 12 hours after receiving suitable photos and complete order details.
- Review and approve: Check the preview and request reasonable adjustments before confirmation.
- Production and shipment: After approval, production takes 7–15 days. We then dispatch the order and send tracking when available.
- Courier delivery: Delivery time starts after dispatch and varies by destination and courier.
Full Refund for Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contact support@momentfig.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once the shipping damage is confirmed, we issue a full refund.
