Design preview: Within 12 hours after we receive suitable photos and complete order details. Time needed for suitable photos, design revisions and your approval is additional to the 11–15-day estimate.
Revisions: Up to three rounds of revisions based on your original photo are included before design approval. New scenes, poses not in the photo and extra subjects are outside this one-pet offer. We print only after you approve.
Production: 4–6 calendar days after design approval.
U.S. shipping: Estimated 7–9 calendar days after dispatch. Estimated U.S. delivery is 11–15 calendar days after design approval.

Start with your pet's photo ↗Which photo should I use?
Use a clear, well-lit photo of one pet, showing the face, markings and pose. For a full-body figure, include the body and tail where possible. Avoid filters and deep shadows; email us first if your photo is old or unclear.
How big is it, and how close is the likeness?
One fixed size, scaled to fit the pouch; proportions depend on the pose. See the gallery's pouch dimension guide. This is a stylized miniature: fine details may be simplified. You approve the preview before production.
Can I request design changes?
Up to three rounds of revisions based on your original photo are included before design approval. New scenes, poses not in the photo and extra subjects are outside this one-pet offer. We print only after you approve.
How do I care for it?
The resin figure is delicate and is not a toy. Close the pouch securely for carrying; handle gently when removing it. The pouch is not drop-proof. Avoid drops, crushing and rough handling, and keep the figure and small parts away from children and pets.
Damage, cancellations & refunds
Confirmed shipping damage qualifies for a full refund. Contact support@momentfig.com with your order number and clear photos if your parcel arrives damaged.
