About MomentFig
MomentFig creates stylized, full-color custom figures from customer photos. Our everyday option is made for one person or one pet and includes one figure, a simple photo frame, and basic packaging. See the custom figure from photo product or browse custom figure examples before ordering.
What to Expect After Ordering
- Send suitable reference photos and complete order details. Clear photos help us understand the face, hairstyle, clothing, pose, and important accessories.
- Receive a figure preview within 12 hours. Production begins only after you review and approve the preview.
- Production is completed and shipped in 7–15 days after approval. Courier transit time begins after dispatch and is additional.
Preview Before Production. You review the design before physical production begins.
Full Refund for Shipping Damage. If an order arrives damaged during shipping, contact us with the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
