Shipping Policy
MomentFig currently ships custom figurine orders to the United States.
Shipping destination
At launch, our standard shipping zone is the United States. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are not yet able to ship there through the website.
Shipping rate
Free Standard Shipping is available for eligible United States orders during our launch period.
Order timeline
- Design preview: usually within 24 hours after we receive suitable photos and order details.
- Production after approval: usually 7-12 business days after you approve the design preview.
- Estimated delivery after approval: generally 2-4 weeks, depending on production, courier handling, customs, holidays, and destination conditions.
Because each item is custom-made, the delivery timeline starts from design approval, not only from the purchase date.
Photo and approval delays
If the submitted photo is unclear, incomplete, or unsuitable for design, we may ask for additional reference photos. Delayed customer replies or delayed design approval may extend the total timeline.
Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes, or local handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Shipping damage
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damaged area. We will review the case and may provide a remake, reshipment, or other support according to our Refund Policy.
Shipping protection
Shipping Protection may be offered as an optional add-on. If purchased, confirmed shipping damage will receive priority support, including remake or reshipment when appropriate.
Delivery delays
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, courier disruptions, weather, holidays, peak seasons, or other events outside our control.
