Preview Before Production

We provide the figure preview within 12 hours after receiving suitable photos and complete order details. Production begins only after you approve the preview.

Custom Orders

Because each product is made specifically from customer-provided photos, cancellations and preference-based returns are not accepted after the preview is approved and production begins.

Full Refund for Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contact support@momentfig.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damaged area. Once the shipping damage is confirmed, we issue a full refund.
