How It Works

1. Upload your photo: Choose a clear, well-lit photo of one person or pet.

3. Preview within 12 hours: We provide the figure preview within 12 hours after receiving suitable photos and order details.
4. Approve the design: Production starts only after you confirm the preview.
5. Made and shipped: After approval, production takes 7–15 days before shipment. Courier delivery time begins after dispatch.

Photo Guidelines

For people, upload a clear, well-lit photo where the face, hairstyle, and outfit are easy to see. For pets, choose a photo that clearly shows the face, body shape, coat or feather colors, and distinctive markings. Avoid blurry images, heavy filters, or important details hidden by shadows.
