Terms of Service

Welcome to MomentFig. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Custom product

MomentFig creates personalized full-color figures based on customer-provided photos and order details. The final product is a stylized artistic interpretation, not an exact photographic or biometric replica.

Customer-provided content

By submitting photos, names, dates, messages, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use and share those materials for creation of your order. You grant MomentFig permission to use them internally for order review, preview creation, production, customer support, and quality control.

Preview Before Production

We provide the figure preview within 12 hours after receiving suitable photos and complete order details. Production begins only after customer approval.

Once you approve the preview, you accept the main styling, pose, clothing interpretation, and overall appearance. Small production variations may occur.

Production and delivery time

After preview approval, production takes 7–15 days before shipment. Courier delivery time begins after dispatch and varies by destination, customs, carrier handling, holidays, and other conditions outside our control.

Pricing, taxes, and duties

Prices are shown at checkout. Discounts, promotions, and shipping options may change. Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Order changes

Review all order details carefully before approval. After production begins, changes may not be possible or may require additional fees.

Full Refund for Shipping Damage

If an order arrives damaged during shipping, contact support@momentfig.com within 7 days with the order number and clear photos. Once shipping damage is confirmed, MomentFig issues a full refund.

Intellectual property

MomentFig website content, product descriptions, brand materials, photos, layouts, and owned designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

Product use

Our figures are decorative keepsakes, not toys, and are not intended for children under 14 years old. Keep small parts away from children and pets.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MomentFig is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, products, or services.
