Shipping Timeline

• Figure preview: within 12 hours after we receive suitable photos and complete order details.
• Production after approval: 7–15 days before shipment.
• Courier delivery: starts after dispatch and varies by destination, customs, and carrier conditions.

Production begins only after you approve the figure preview. Delayed photo submission or delayed approval will extend the overall timeline.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.

Full Refund for Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contact support@momentfig.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damaged area. Once the shipping damage is confirmed, we issue a full refund.
